This Musclewood grows on a small floodplain in the forest down behind my house. Judging by its size, it’s pretty old - older than me, anyway. Maybe a lot older. It’s one of my favorite individuals in the forest, and when I walk by I make a point to visit, run my fingers over its sinewy bark, and give a silent greeting of respect and admiration, as you would to an older, wiser friend.
These cards include an envelope and protective sleeve. The size is perfect for sending a letter to a friend or framing as a small print.
