Let the Light In - 5 X 7 Folded Card

$5.00

5 X 7 reproduction of an original acrylic painting.

There is a grove of hemlock behind my house, within which a few yellow birch poke through to the sun. The hemlock bows are dense and let little light through the canopy year round, making for a lush mossy forest floor with hardly any understory. I sometimes wonder how the yellow birch find all the light they need amongst these shady neighbors, but when I stand under one of these birch and look up, I see an abundance of light filtering in between tiny gaps in the canopy. A reminder, I suppose, that even in the darkest of times, light finds a way to wherever it’s needed.

These cards include an envelope and protective sleeve. The size is perfect for sending a letter to a friend or framing as a small print.

Ships in a sturdy envelope. If you are local to Vermont you may also opt for “pickup” upon checkout at the Emile Gruppe Gallery in Jericho, VT.
